Agata Twardoch

 

(b. 1980) — architect and urban planner, faculty member of the Department of Architecture, Silesian University of Technology, and partner at the design studio 44STO. Twardoch advocates for housing coops, cohousing, and for housing as a human right. Her interests included accessible and alternative forms of housing. Twardoch is active in research and hosts lectures for the general public as well as design workshops. Her articles have appeared in the industry press, and she is the author of the book System do mieszkania (A housing system, 2019), on the prospects of housing construction.
