Artur Żmijewski

 

(b. 1966) –  visual artist, one of the key representatives of critical art in Poland. Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. In 2005 he represented Poland at the 51^st Venice Biennale. Art editor of the journal Krytyka Polityczna. Winner of the 2010 Ordway Prize and the 2013 Jerzy Stajuda Art Critics Award. He collaborates with the Foksal Gallery Foundation.
